Bürokratie vs Wirtschaft
Amerika ist das Land der Unternehmer. Unkomplizierte, effektive, teilweise moralisch fragwürdige Wirtschaftspraktiken scheinen das Land voranzubringen. Es mag auch dort bremsende Faktoren geben (Rechtsstreits, etc.), aber die Bürokratie scheint die Wirtschaft nicht stark zu behindern.
Da habe ich von Freunden und Bekannten hier in Deutschland ganz andere Stories gehört. Freunde, die sich selbstständig machen wollten und den First Mover Benefit voll auskosten wollten, sich dann aber durch ein umfangreiches bürokratischen Verfahren quälen mussten, nur um zuzusehen, wie ihre Ideen von anderen, etablierten Unternehmen schneller umgesetzt wurden.
In den USA verhilft z.B. MyNewCompany den unternehmungslustigen Freidenkern ganz massiv, den bürokratischen Quatsch “on the fly” oder zumindest online abzuwickeln.
An online service that handles all of the necessary paperwork and legal documents for incorporation. You can do this paperwork yourself, but it’s typically a quagmire of legalese and headaches. If you’re running your own startup your time is usually better focused on building your business instead of dealing with arcane laws and forms for days/weeks. You can easily ‘create’ a company in about 8-10 minutes online. Collection of necessary data is not really much more difficult than filling out a few online forms – and they’ve done a great job of explaining things along the way. Better yet, they provide a whole slew of various options and additional services that you can chose, and when you’re all done with sign-up, they keep you up to date on overall progress on their end. Likewise, their online ‘dashboard’ gives you access to additional business resources and links.
Eine gute Idee. Aber würde das in Deutschland auch funktionieren?
